Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Australia Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.
